Lundy Haden Morgan, Jr., 67, of Buckingham went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 29, 2016.  He was a loving husband, father, Papa and friend. 

He was born October 29, 1948, the son of the late Lundy H. and Carrie H. Morgan, of Buckingham.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Myrtle Ellen Morgan; his children, L. H. Morgan, III (Cindy), Adam Keith Morgan (Kim), Chad H. Morgan and Tonya Nicole Morgan Smith (Chris); step-daughter, Crystal H. Jamerson (Dale); sisters, Rita M. Elliott and Brenda M. Tatum; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren and loving mother-in-law, Betty Hamby.

 Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ on Ligontown Road, with interment in the church cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 30 from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn.
