Dalyn, I am so sad to find out about your mother's passing. I student taught in your mom's classroom in 1991 and have been in contact with her since. She was an incredible woman and someone who left an incredible impression on me. Please email me when you have time . I wish I had known about her passing, I would have made the trip to VA to say my goodbyesđmay she RIP.....

My dear first Cousin Karolyn, I know you are in the Heavenlies, most likely singing with my Dad , Paul.Carr who left for Heaven in April
Dalyn. I am sorry for your loss. I'm so thankful that we all got together back in the 2000's . I still have photos. Blessed to met you as well. If ever in P. Forge, come see me on Wears Valley Road on Burns Road. You are Always Welcome. I would truly enjoy your visiting me as Mom & Dad are both I heaven and I am totally alone. Pleas call come visit , I have a couple spare beds. You are welcome here. My pain over Daddy's Death left when I bought an ATV. Such freedom. I went on Cove Mountain then those friends kicked me to hell. I am going to buy a two up ATV so anyone visiting can Ride with me. My neighbors quit speaking to me . GUESS they could not stand to see a happy soul. Been border of Suicide since they #â˘`~ on me. Come have fun some time.

Dalyn, I wouldn't take anything for having known Karolyn. I was indeed blessed by having her as a friend. We shared many conversations -from kindergarten stories to music, our faith, and our families. Karolyn LOVED her family! I had the privilege of playing for her to sing on several occasions...what a voice! She is probably leading the angelic chorus in heaven at this moment...along with Kate! My sympathy and prayers are with you, and I pray that the love and care you showered on your mother will bring you peace and comfort in the days to come.

Dalyn I am so sorry about the loss of your Mom. I know she will be missed, she was a great person that I got to be friends with, and for that I am very grateful. I grew to love her, we had a good understanding and I feel that when she told me she liked me she really meant it. That means a lot to me.
