Morris Rowlett Ozmar, 83, of New Canton passed peacefully on May 9, 2024. He was born July 25, 1940, a son of the late Lovel B. Ozmar and Mary Alease Ozmar. He retired with over 35 years employment with Colonial Pipeline Company. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 48 years, Charlotte Boggs Ozmar.
Morris is survived by his brother, James R. Ozmar (Margaret); three daughters, Charlene Bardon (Tony), Marcie Morgan (Richie) and Denise Anderson; grandchildren, Amber Taylor (Colby), Brooks Anderson, Bailey Crews (J.D.), Atticus Morgan (Elise), Trace Morgan and Rachel Bardon and great-grandson, Wilson Cash Taylor and many nieces and nephews and one special nephew, Lovel “Butch” Ozmar (Susan).
In addition to his parents and wife, He was also preceded in death by his brother, Lovel “Tillie” Ozmar and son-in-law, Brian Anderson.
