Mildred Whorley Taylor, 90, of Buckingham died March 17, 2018. She was born June 2, 1927 and soon after, was nicknamed “Plum” due to her small size. She was a retired cafeteria worker with the Buckingham County School system.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jordan Taylor, Sr.; her parents, Benjamin and Rosa Whorley; son, Jordan “Tank” Taylor, Jr.; three sisters and one brother.
She is survived by her sister, Tina Virginia Taylor; nieces, nephews and their families.
Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
