Leslie Rebecca (Brady) Odum

Leslie Rebecca Brady Odum, 58, of Buckingham, passed unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Leslie was born September 22, 1964 in the District of Columbia, the only daughter of Frances McCarthy Brady and the late Thomas Smith Brady, Jr.

Leslie loved all animals but especially her dog, Annabelle, who undoubtedly was the first to greet Leslie in heaven on Tuesday evening.  Leslie also enjoyed water whether spending time at the beach, especially Vero Beach, Florida, at Lake Anna or looking forward to the in ground  pool at the retirement home she and Tommy were building in Georgia.

In addition to her mother, Leslie is also survived by her husband of 16 years, Thomas Hugh Odum; stepson, Thomas Daniel Odum; four brothers, Tommy Brady, Wes Brandy, Brent Brady and Dale Brady and numerous other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, Dillwyn.
