Kruger McKinley (Kenny) Kitchen, Jr.

Kruger “Kenny” Kitchen, Jr. of Wingina passed away peacefully at home Thursday, December 12, 2024. He was born November 29, 1944 in Richmond.

Kenny worked hard from an early age. Starting out at a saw mill and later working on a dairy farm. But, his passion was cutting and hauling 5 ft. pulpwood to the local wood yards. He was known for being one of the best around.

What he enjoyed most was spending time with family and friends, fishing and “making the circle” through the backroads listening to George and Conway and swore that “George got him home “every time.

Kenny leaves behind his wife of 53 years, Cassandra Kitchen; daughter, Mandy Ramsay; son, Mickey Kitchen (Tabatha); two granddaughters, Heather Canterbury (Shane) and Katlin Kitchen; three grandsons, Kenny Ray Marker, Cody and Dylan Kitchen; four great-grandchildren, McKenleigh and Brandi Canterbury, Connor and Weston Marker and beloved fur-baby, Harley.

Graveside service will be held in the Ramsay Family Cemetery, 3155 Midland Road, Wingina on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 3 p.m. Family and friends are invited to stay afterward for Kenny’s celebration of life.
