Kirby L. Stinson, Jr, 68, of Wingina, went to his eternal home on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. He was born July 18, 1954, in Frederick, Maryland. A son of the late Kirby L. Stinson. Sr. and Betty Lann Stinson. He was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 41 years; Wanda Burnley Stinson, father Kirby L. Stinson, Sr. And Mother, Betty L. Stinson.
Kirby, Jr is survived by two sons, Kirby Lewis Stinson, III and his wife Amy and Bryan David Haldane; two sisters, Linda S. Harvey and husband, T.C. and Debbie S. Black and husband Billy and brother Gary W. Stinson and wife Doris; nieces and nephews; Hope Stinson, Cole Harvey, And Katie Harshman (Zane); Great nieces and nephew, Malachi, Anzley, and Annalise Harshman.
Kirby, Jr was the president of Kirby L. Stinson Paving, Inc. And worked along side his father Kirby L. Stinson, Sr; brother Gary W. Stinson and son Kirby L. Stinson, III and many others. Kirby, Jr loved to hunt and raise a garden every year. He took great pride in raising his adoptive son, Bryan Haldane; which he considered his pride and joy. He loved his family unconditionally and he showed it everyday. He was loved by many and he will leave behind many friends. He will surely be missed.
A family night will be held on Thursday October 20, 2022 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Spears Mountain Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held on Friday October 21, 2022 at 2:00pm at Maple Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. Pastor Buddy Bryant and Buck Bryant will officiate.
