Judy Garland (Stinson) Lumpkin

Judy Garland Stinson Lumpkin, 76, of Chesterfield, went home to her Heavenly Father on December 25, 2025. She was born March 2, 1949 to her late parents, William L. Stinson, Sr. and Alma Blanche Stinson. She was preceded in death by her brother, William L. Stinson, Jr. and her half-brother Robert Lewis Stinson.

Judy had a great love of people and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She worked for A. H. Robins in Richmond for 35 years up until she retired. After retiring she would spend time outdoors and loved watering and caring for her plants and flowers. She was a staple in her neighborhood community and will be missed so much by her friends there.

She is survived by a son, Walter Kevin Lumpkin and wife Sandi; grandson, Walter Kyle Lumpkin; brother, Andrew Lee Stinson and wife, Sally; half-sisters, Sharon A. Stinson and Tammy S. James; nephew, James W. Stinson; nieces Tracy L. Stinson and husband Bryan Elliott and Kati S. Arrighi and husband, Eli; great nephews, Tristan Stinson, Logan and Rylan Elliott; great nieces, Kristen Stinson, Bryleigh Rose Elliott, Charlie and Rhyann Arrighi.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Dunkum Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Salem Church Cemetery.
