Janet Anne Amos

Janet Anne Amos, of Buckingham, passed away peacefully in the Hospice of the Piedmont facility in Charlottesville on January 21, 2023.  She is survived by her mother, Mary Amos of Buckingham; her sister, Penny Amos of Esmont, and her two adored nieces, Caitlyn Amos, and Christyn Amos of Blacksburg. She was preceded in death by her father, John O. Amos and her brother, John A. Amos, both of Buckingham.  A celebration of Janet's life will be held at Centenary Methodist Church on March 18, 2023 at 1 p.m.  Janet asked prior to her passing that donations be made in her memory to your local animal shelter.
