Frances Edwards Murphy

With heavy hearts, we announce that our beloved Frances Edwards Murphy,
surrounded by her husband, sons, and spouses went to be with her Lord on July 2,
2025 at the age of 76.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Walter Edwards and Elizabeth Baird
Edwards, brothers Walter Harvey Edwards, Freddie Edwards, and daughter Tammy
Murphy Jamerson (Troy).
Frances is survived by her husband of 54 years Robert (Bob), their two children,
Todd (girlfriend, Angela) Lynn (Tara), seven grandchildren Brittany Maxey (Robbie),
Dalton Jamerson (Gracie), Jordan Murphy, Skyler Jamerson, Gage Murphy, Cole
Murphy, Callyn Murphy, three great grandchildren, Bo Maxey, Luke Maxey, Carter
Lynn Jamerson, and five siblings, Katherine Barrett, Mary Louise Ripley (Robert),
Charles Edwards, John David Edwards (Linda), and Jennie Hardy.
Frances was a “stay at home mom” and provided childcare to dozens of children
whom she loved as her own. Countless loved ones continued to visit, sharing
treasured stories and updates about their own families.
Frances was a cherished mother and grandmother. Her kindness, generosity, and
love for her family will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
