Dianna (Waycaster) Hunter

CHANGE:  A graveside funeral service will be held for Dianna at 3  p.m. of Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Jones Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her parents.

Dianna Waycaster Hunter a life-long resident of Buckingham passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at the age of 62.

Dianna is survived by her three children: Tyler Hunter, Sarah Hunter (Aarron Beasley), and Ashley Hunter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron Grayson Waycaster and Forrest Speas Waycaster.

Dianna was born August 7, 1959 and raised in Buckingham County where she attended and graduated from high school in 1977. Dianna was a devoted mother to her three children and her beloved dogs which she treated like her children. Dianna enjoyed spending time with her kids and playing many board games. She was also a huge fan of NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon and Chase Elliot and never missed a race. In her spare time, she loved to read James Patterson books as well as others, and could finish a whole book in one sitting.

Dianna was a great person and friend to many people and an even better mother to her children. She will be deeply missed by many people and will continue to be loved by them.
