Cyril Scott Obituary

Cyril Carter Scott, 62, of Dillwyn died peacefully September 12, 2020. Carter was born December 7, 1957, a son of the late Rev. Lester Lee Scott and the late Ann Hanchey Scott.

Carter was big man with a huge heart. He was always willing to help in any way that he could. He is survived by friends who loved him as family. He will be greatly missed.
