Charlotte Ann Thompson, 67, of Dillwyn passed away suddenly on Monday, October 7, 2024 at her home.
Charlotte was the daughter of the late Charlie Thompson, Sr. and Penelope “Penny” Pollock Thompson Perry.
She was an Ambulance Driver with Allen’s Ambulance Service for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the “Love of her life”, L. Rogers Allen; her sister, Claudia Mason; and her
brother, Jimmy Frank Perry.
Charlotte is survived by her sons, Mitchell Thompson (Denise) and Raymond Allen (Jessica); Step-Mother, Sally Thompson; sisters:
Jeannie, Julie, Cindy, Candie, Cheryl, and Wanda; brother, Charlie Jr.; and grandchildren: Emmaline Michael, Ivy Thompson,
Brantley Thompson, Shelby Bryan, and Tony Stout.
She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to thank Carolyn Thomas for her longtime friendship and devotion.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024 in Cedar Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev John
Flood officiating.
