Fatima Hopkins Obituary
Fatima V. Hopkins passed in paradise, on May 24, 2019 at the age of 41. She was born June 19, 1977 at Hahnemann hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Health from Alvernia University in Philadelphia, PA.
She worked with children with disabilities in the Public School System.
Fatima loved being a mother, cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family.
She is preceded in death my her older brother Anthony Hopkins, her younger sister Jamella Parker, her grandfather Gilman Thorpe and her great-grandmother Frances Hopkins. She was survived by her mother Melony Hopkins, her younger brother Adrian Parker, her two daughters Aijai and Amearah Hopkins, and further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service is scheduled at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 393 Winfrey Inez Rd. Dillwyn, VA on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 10:00 am. All family and friends are welcomed.
