Dorothy Scruggs Goin, 89, of Dillwyn, died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home. She was born August 23, 1929 in Buckingham County, a daughter of the late Charlie Marshall and Mary Burton Scruggs. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
