Dorothy Stinson Bryant, 89, of Wingina, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.  She was born June16, 1926 in Buckingham County.  She was the widow of Calvin David Bryant.  She is survived by a daughter, Dale Johnson (Jimmy); three sons, David Bryant (Georgie), Joseph Bryant and Robert Bryant all of Wingina ; a sister, Violet Amos of Howardsville; four grandchildren, Stacy Bryant, Tony Colbert, Allen Fuller and Laura Ore and three great-grandchildren, Autumn Ore, Ella Ore and Maria Colbert.  A graveside service will be held April 30, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Bryant Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Friday, April 29 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home.
