Brenda Branch Ragland, 64, of Wingina, went to be with the Lord on Sunday morning January 8, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many.  A Co-owner of Teresa’s Restaurant at Sprouses Corner, she was a hardworking, kind and generous person. 

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Steve Ragland; her two children, Teresa Ragland (Mike Liptrap) and Brad Ragland (Cerise); two grandchildren, William Taylor and Alley Ragland; four sisters, Lucille Wiseman, Becky Gibson (Phil), Nannie Mae Moyer and Cathleen Cash (Herbert); three brothers, James Branch (Jean), Willie Branch, Jr. (Joyce) and John Branch (Gail) and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Lewis and Annie Taylor Branch; brother, George Branch and two sisters, Leslie Ragland and Christine Branch.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 4 p.m. at the Dunkum Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service beginning at 5 p.m.
